As a Spa Therapist placed by Sicon Revan, you will be working at a premier client location in the Palm Beach area, delivering professional spa treatments and wellness experiences to hotel guests.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new spa opening and bringing your expertise to a fresh environment and helping set the standard from day one.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Therapist who takes pride in their craft, consistently delivers exceptional service, and is always willing to learn, grow and develop their skills. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, guest-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
To be successful in this role you will need to bring professionalism, reliability, genuine care for guest wellbeing, and an open mindset to every treatment.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional spa treatments including massages, facials and body treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and preparation of treatment rooms to the highest standards
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences consistently
- Upsell spa products and additional treatments where appropriate
- Follow all spa protocols, hygiene and safety standards
Must Have
- Valid Aruban work permit
- Certified in massage therapy or beauty treatments
- Minimum 1 year experience in a spa or wellness environment
- Professional presentation and communication skills & Guest service focused mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort spa
- Additional languages
- Knowledge of multiple treatment techniques
- Experience with spa software or booking systems
