Spa Receptionist

As a Spa Receptionist placed by Sicon Revan, you will be working at a client location in the Palm Beach area, serving as the first point of contact for guests entering the spa & minimarket and ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and well taken care of.
We are seeking an organized, warm and professional Spa Receptionist who understands that the guest experience begins the moment they walk through the door.
This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and committed to delivering seamless service in a premium hospitality environment.
To be successful in this role you will need to bring professionalism, reliability, genuine warmth and strong administrative skills to every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in spa guests in a warm and professional manner
- Manage appointment scheduling and booking system
- Handle guest inquiries about spa services, packages and pricing
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with spa therapists to ensure smooth daily operations
Must Have
- Valid Aruban work permit
- Previous reception or front desk experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Computer literate and comfortable with booking systems
- Professional presentation and communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a spa, hotel or wellness environment
- Knowledge of spa treatments and services
- Experience with Odoo
- Strong analytical skills
